Delivery Charge

We have a flat-rate delivery fee of $9 nationwide (New Zealand only) for all orders.

Spend $89 or more, and delivery is on us! Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.

Local Pick-up

Prefer to collect your order? Local pick-up is available from Halswell, Christchurch. When your order is ready, we’ll email you the pick-up details so you can collect at a time that suits you.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Plant orders: All plant orders, including cuttings, are shipped via NZ Post’s tracked overnight courier service on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
  
  
• For local Christchurch urban area orders, we also offer Thursday shipping to help ensure timely delivery.

This schedule helps prevent plants from being held at courier depots over the weekend in case of delays.

• Non-plant orders: Items such as pots, accessories and substrates are typically shipped the same or next working day.

Delivery Addresses 

We deliver to both business and residential addresses; however, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
